Job Description

We offer a diverse number of life enhancing services to our clients and every member of our team is essential in achieving this. As an organisation we are recruiting for a new Data Analyst.

This role will be responsible to produce statistical data and analysis to support the business in key decision-making. Twin Group has several divisions where data is produced in a range of formats, working with the Head of MI, administration manager and compliance manager to streamline data reporting functions, and develop an MI pack to support the business needs. To use appropriate reporting packages, such as SSRS, Power BI and SQL to transform, manipulate, analyse, and present information. This role will produce reports/oversee and advise on reporting for contracts and performance across the business, working with external consultants to make the most of Twin systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for reporting on Twin MI
  • To further develop the MI pack for Twin
  • To develop reports for our supply chain partners
  • To report on agreed KPIs in line with advice from the Head of MI

Skills and Experience 

Essential 

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C above (essential)
  • Degree in a relevant statistical or data related subject, or experience (essential)
  • Experience of using standard reporting packages - SSRS, Power BI or similar
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and or on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible approach and able to travel to a variety of locations and ability to work flexible hours with prior arrangement

Additional Information 

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum 
Location: London 

Hours: 42.5 hrs Full time/ Monday- Friday
