French Speaking Group Travel Executive

Are you a French speaking Travel Consultant looking for an opportunity to progress in your career? Twin is an award-winning provider of education, travel, work experience, accommodation, and employment services. We offer bespoke school group travel services to European customers and are looking for a friendly, dynamic Group Travel Executive to join our team to ensure we continue to provide outstanding professional services to our customers.

The role includes managing and operating tailor-made educational tours throughout the UK, delivering an end-to-end service to our customers from sales, quoting and operations.

Due to the nature of the role, during peak seasons, evening work may be required, as well as out of office emergency cover on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

· Account handling customer accounts

· Achieving sales targets per customer

· Delivering sales quotations

· Working closely with sales team in the development of new customers

· Product development to ensure all products meet customer requirements

· Operate all tour arrangements including transport, accommodation, language studies and excursions

· Assist the team to update all supplier rates within the database ensuring accuracy

Skills and Experience

· Fluent in French (oral and written)

· Experience in a telephone based customer service role

· Ability to deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Additional Information

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus bonuses Location: Greenwich

Hours: 42.5 hrs Full time Monday- Friday, with out of office emergency cover on a rotational basis.
