We are currently recruiting a Group Quality & Curriculum Director to lead our Quality & Curriculum Department.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • To act as Lead nominee for Ofsted, encompassing all current & future Twin companies subject to this standard ( ie TET, 3SC and eTraining).
  • Overall Group responsibility of all other regulatory activity across the company
  • Overall Group responsibility for Safeguarding & Prevent - reporting into the senior board on a monthly basis
  • Over all Group responsibility as DPO - reporting into the senior board on a monthly basis
  • Overall Group responsibility for Health & Safety - reporting into the senior board on a monthly basis
  • Overall responsibility for the Group Quality Risk management system & reporting
  • Ensure company-wide SAR & QIP is in place for all Group contracts
  • Lead on Group Curriculum Management & Development

You will need to display the following personal attributes: 

  • Experience of leading a diverse Quality & Curriculum team
  • Strong experience of working with funding agencies and provision types such as ESFA, ESF, DWP, Local Authorities, Combined Authorities, AEB, Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Degree Apprenticeships, Study Programmes, NEETs, Youth Programmes, Further Education, Higher Education
  • Experience of acting as Ofsted nominee
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Ofsted monitoring and inspection visits as well as a thorough understanding of the current framework, the EIF
  • Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
  • Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognised Best Practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based Testing.

Additional Information

Salary: TBD
Location:  Hybrid-working (remote + office); will involve travel across the UK and Ireland

Hours: (Full time) Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
