  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Meet and exceed personal performance targets.

  • Provide comprehensive job search and interview support.
  • Navigate the local labour market to source suitable job opportunities.
Who You Are:
  • A motivational adviser with a non-judgmental approach.
  • Experienced in advising, guidance, or employability sectors.
  • Target-driven with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently under pressure.
  • Knowledgeable about the local labour market and employability industry.
  • A holder of at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent; IAG Level 2 qualification is a plus.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: West Midlands  
Contract:  Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
