Responsibilities include:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting adverts to coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment practices, including background checks and right-to-work verifications.
  • Administer new employee onboarding, contracts, and payroll processes.
  • Keep our Single Central Record up to date and compliant.
  • Provide user support for our HR systems and contribute to system development.
  • Assist in presentations and training sessions on HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate staff records and handle reference requests.

Additional Information
Salary: £15,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Greenwich / Hybrid  
Contract:  Permanent – Part-time
Hours: 20 hours per week between Monday-Friday TBA
