We’re seeking an enthusiastic Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Southwest team.
As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between external stakeholders, including Jobcentre Plus (JCP), community groups, and employers. Your mission? Understand recruitment needs, identify skills gaps, and co-design pathways into employment. Whether it’s upskilling existing staff or promoting local job opportunities, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive employment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for income generation.
  • Provide comprehensive course information to stakeholders.
  • Take a central role in promoting local job opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated employer contact database and accurate activity records.
  • Produce regular progress reports toward established KPIs.
  • Generate and manage a robust prospect pipeline.
  • Cover additional geographical areas to contribute to successful outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Business-to-business sales, marketing, and networking experience.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with external senior managers in an account management capacity.
  • Thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training and grow within the role.
  • Industry-specific experience engaging with JCP and other relevant organisations for job outcomes and work placements.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle during working hours.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Remote with the ability to travel across the Southwest
Contract:  Permanent – Full-time  
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
