What You’ll Do:
  • Engage & Collaborate: Work with JCP, community groups, and employers to understand recruitment needs and skills gaps.
  • Innovate & Design: Co-create pathways into employment and upskill existing staff across various Twin programmes.
  • Promote & Achieve: Drive inclusive employment practices through work trials and working interviews, meeting employer expectations.
  • Report & Excel: Produce regular reports detailing progress and achievements toward KPIs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Achieve monthly KPIs for income generation.
    • Provide comprehensive course information to stakeholders.
    • Promote local job opportunities and collaborate with local teams.
    • Generate and manage a robust prospect pipeline.
    • Maintain regular contact with the pipeline, ensuring consistent visibility.
    • Cover additional geographical areas as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
    • Experience: Industry-specific experience in engagement with JCP and other relevant organisations.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and organisation skills.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to undertake relevant training and cover additional areas.
    • Requirements: A valid UK Driving License and access to a car during working hours.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Remote with the ability to travel across the Kent region on a daily basis.  
Contract:  Permanent – Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:30
