As an experienced Business Admin & Retail Vocational Tutor, you’ll deliver face-to-face regulated qualifications and training. Your role is essential in equipping learners with the skills they need to succeed.
What You’ll Do: -Deliver a range of vocational qualifications and employability skills programs. -Set and assess learner work daily, providing timely feedback. -Complete remedial actions promptly to ensure learner achievement. -Create schemes of work and lesson plans according to qualification specifications. -Prepare educational materials to challenge and stretch learners. -Provide accurate and timely formative and summative assessments. -Maintain assessment records and complete qualification administration to required standards.
What We’re Looking For: -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (Essential) -Qualifications in Business Admin & Retail Operations minimum of Level 2 -Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent. -Assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent). -Prior experience in delivering vocational qualifications. -Familiarity with Ofsted’s expectations for high-quality education delivery. -Experience in delivering employability sessions. -Organised, resourceful, and adaptable professional. -Full driving licence and access to a car during working hours.

Additional Information: -Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience -Location: Face-to-face within Birmingham & Solihull -Contract: Full time -Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
