Are you passionate about helping others achieve their career goals? We are looking for a dedicated Maternity Cover Employment Consultant to join our team and support learners on their journey to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Learner Support: Manage referrals and support learners with employment outcomes on our employability/skills contracts.
· Enrolment & Guidance: Conduct eligibility checks, enrol learners on suitable skills courses, and provide ongoing support.
· Outreach & Advice: Offer employment advice and guidance, addressing personal and contextual barriers to employment.
· KPI Achievement: Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to learner enrolment.
· Compliance: Ensure all necessary eligibility criteria are met, and paperwork is completed accurately.
· Recruitment Solutions: Identify and recommend recruitment and training solutions tailored to customer and employer needs.
· Geographical Flexibility: Cover additional areas as needed to achieve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: Proven track record in delivering against targets and KPIs.
· Knowledge: Understanding of barriers to employment and strategies to overcome them.
· Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
· Desirable: Experience with AEB-funded contracts and Level 2+ IAG qualification.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Hybrid with the ability to travel by car daily across the Southwest region, ideally located in Somerset.
Contract:  Maternity Cover for 12 months  
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
