We are seeking a Level 3 IAG Advisor to join our team with Twin Group.

A snapshot of what you will do:
  • Empower Clients: Build strong, supportive relationships with clients, guiding them through their employment journey.
  • Manage Caseloads: Ensure each client receives tailored support based on their job readiness.
  • Overcome Barriers: Address personal and contextual challenges, providing actionable plans and guidance.
  • Deliver Support: Offer job search guidance, CV writing, soft-skills development, and motivational sessions, especially in hospitality, retail, and tourism.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow client relationships, delivering against their needs.

Additional Information
Salary: £27,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Southwark
Contract:  Permanent.
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
