Are you passionate about shaping the future of Health & Social Care professionals? We’re looking for a dedicated Skills Coach to deliver high-quality teaching, training, and mentoring to our learners.
What You’ll Do: - Empower Learners: Coach and support learners in their workplace to achieve their Apprenticeship goals. - Engage and Inspire: Work closely with employers and learners to deliver engaging and impactful teaching. - Tailored Support: Provide individualised support to ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: - Meet Targets: Achieve KPIs for starts, progression, timely achievement, and customer satisfaction. - Deliver Excellence: Provide qualifications across various programmes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. - Innovate and Improve: Collaborate with teams to continuously enhance the quality of our programmes.
What We’re Looking For: - Technical Competency: L5 sector Professional qualification, D32/33/A1 or equivalent, L4 or above Teaching qualification, and L2 or equivalent in Functional Skills Math, English & ICT. - Experience: Proven background in delivering high-quality teaching and training. - Compliance and Safety: Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and a proactive approach to Health & Safety. - Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work across different locations as required.

Additional Information: - Salary: £30,000.00 - £32,000.00 per annum depending on experience - Location: Midlands with frequent travel across the country. - Contract: Permanent. - Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
