We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cyber Security tutor on a fixed term contract basis to deliver regulated and non regulated qualifications/training to our ESFA and DWP government funded learners or other provisions where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Record and monitor learners’ attendance and punctuality, addressing all absences in a timely manner.
Completion of assessments records per unit by the submission deadlines provided.
Be responsible for chasing learners for outstanding work product, if passed the submission deadline.
Creation of lesson plans and schemes of work and further resources to keep it current.
Attend and contribute to staff meetings and development meetings.
Be responsible for any IT equipment provided to delivering
Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience in delivering to post 16
Experience of delivering Cyber security to level 3
Experience of embedding British Values, PREVENT and safeguarding to lessons
Assessing qualification, TAQA, A1, or equivalent
Level 4 Cyber security
Desirable
Experience of the welfare to work sector
Experience of working within a business context
Qualification : PTTLS, DTTLS or equivalent
Additional Information
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience), fixed term contract
Location: South East England (Remote-based + Occasional Office Visit)
Hours: (Full time) Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
