Twin English Centre Eastbourne is part of Twin Group, a rapidly expanding diverse company specialising in international and government-funded training programmes across the UK, Ireland, and Spain. We are looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to lead the smooth and effective running of Twin English Centre Eastbourne, alongside planning for future growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of all local functions, including operations, academic, accommodation, building maintenance, catering, finance, welfare, and student management.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do as a business, and as Centre Manager the key KPI is ensuring every student has a high-quality experience at Twin, leading to positive customer feedback and high satisfaction levels.
This role is available with ‘live in’ accommodation (to be discussed at interview stage).

Salary: £55,000.00 - £60,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Eastbourne
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Additional hours are required during peak seasons. Weekend and evening work required. Managing the 24-hour emergency phone rota, as well as being on call required.
