What You’ll Do:
  • Lead by Example: You’ll work hands-on with our learners while managing a team of tutors, employment coaches, employer consultants, and outreach officers.
  • Performance Excellence: Drive successful delivery by meeting KPIs, targets, and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong connections with key stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of referrals into our programs.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure delivery compliance across internal and subcontractor provisions.
  • Business Intelligence: Use data insights to manage performance against delivery plans.
  • Customer-Centric: Provide excellent service and outstanding results within budget.

Additional Information
Salary: £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Leicester Office 
Contract:  Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
