What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor learner progress against retention and achievement targets.
  • Implement crucial support activities for learners.
  • Rapidly address non-attendance issues.
  • Analyse attendance data and identify areas of concern.
  • Develop effective tracking systems.
  • Plan audit schedules to ensure top-notch learner support.

Additional Information
Salary: up to £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Remote with the ability to travel across the South and access to a car within working hours  
Contract:  Permanent – Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday
