Are you a dynamic connector passionate about bridging employers and talent? Look no further! We’re seeking an enthusiastic Employer Engagement Consultant to make a real impact in our community.

As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you’ll be the catalyst for change. Your mission? Engage external stakeholders—Jobcentre Plus (JCP), community groups, and employers—to understand recruitment needs and skills gaps. Co-design pathways into employment and upskill existing staff across our Twin programs. You will build strong relationships that promote inclusive employment practices, including work trials and working interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for income generation, focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive course information to stakeholders, instilling confidence in our training programs.
  • Actively market new and existing courses to employers, creating a customer pipeline aligned with our goals.
  • Take a central role in promoting local job opportunities and forging valuable community connections.
  • Collaborate with local teams, targeting potential employers using robust data.
  • Generate business leads through phone calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, accessing broader employment networks.
  • Expand our employer pool by cultivating positive, responsive partnerships.
  • Elevate repeat business beyond current levels.
  • Hold a full UK licence with access to a vehicle in working hours.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Remote with the ability to travel across Surrey & Sussex  
Contract:  Permanent – Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
