Job Description
Join Our Team as a Health & Social Care Tutor!
Are you passionate about empowering learners in the Health & Social Care sector? We’re seeking a face-to-face dynamic Skills Coach to make a difference!

Role Overview:
  • Deliver a range of vocational qualifications, alongside employability skills and programmes following the schedule.
  • Set and assess learner work daily and provide feedback promptly.
  • Complete remedial actions identified by the IQA promptly.
  • Prepare lessons effectively.
  • Create schemes of work and lesson plans.
  • Engage with quality management to ensure teaching maintains OFSTED standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEB contract delivery.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car in working hours.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Qualifications in Health & Social Care at a minimum of L3
  • Teaching qualification – Minimum L3 award in Education and Training
  • Assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA or equivalent)
  • Prior experience delivering vocational qualifications.
  • Familiarity with OFSTED expectations for high-quality education delivery.
  • Experience in delivering employability sessions such as CV writing and interview skills.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Face-to-face across the Birmingham & Solihull areas
Contract:  Permanent
Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday
