As a key liaison between the Operations Manager and our cleaning staff, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our centre remains pristine.

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain the Highest Standards: Ensure our cleaning services meet exceptional standards, creating a pleasant environment for students and staff.
  • Safety First: Safely handle chemicals and cleaning products according to manufacturer guidelines, minimising risks for everyone.
  • Efficiently Organise: Oversee classroom, residence, and office cleaning procedures, including bed changes and room organisation.
  • Team Management: Create schedules for daily and weekly tasks, keeping our centre spotless.
  • Effective Reporting: Communicate maintenance and cleanliness issues promptly to the Leadership Team.
What do we require:
  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping.
  • COSHH Knowledge: Familiarity with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.
  • Innovative Approach: Demonstrate creativity in improving our cleaning processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism: Approachable yet professional when interacting with colleagues, students, and staff.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively within our cleaning team.
  • Time Management: Organisational skills to meet daily cleaning targets.

Additional Information
Salary: £25,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Eastbourne  
Contract:  Permanent – 35 hours per week
Hours: 35 hours, 5 out of 7 days, this role will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
