· Support long-term unemployed individuals: Help them overcome economic impacts.
· Provide motivational support: Build positive relationships and inspire clients to achieve sustainable employment.
· Tailored job-search assistance: Offer personalised support in job-search and interview preparation.
· Digital skills training: Guide clients in mastering digital technologies.
· Understand the local labour market: Source suitable job opportunities.
· Specialist signposting: Develop knowledge in areas such as disabilities, housing, and benefits.
· Travel as required: A full driving licence is required for deployment across the region.

Additional Information
Salary: £31,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Leicester.
Contract:  Permanent.
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
Benefits: up to 25 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, per year; Long service award, an extra days annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days; 5 days paid sick leave per year; Employee referral scheme, up to £500 per successful referral; Sabbatical Leave the right to request up to 1 month unpaid sabbatical leave; Season ticket loan of up to £1000 per year; Pension contributions; Career development opportunities; 2 volunteering days per year; ability to purchase an additional 3 days annual leave per year; Death in service benefit, including an Employee Assistance Programme.

The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
