As an IAG Advisor, you’ll be the beacon of hope for many, working under the guidance of the Contracts Manager and alongside a dedicated regional team. Your role is pivotal in managing referrals for the CXK programme plus more, ensuring each client receives tailored support to reach their career and educational aspirations.

- Forge strong bonds with Jobcentre Plus and manage a diverse caseload.  
- Empower clients to overcome employment barriers and boost their job readiness.  
- Craft personalised action plans and provide insightful advice and guidance.  
- Champion compliance and maintain meticulous records.  

You can offer:
- Proven experience in delivering IAG to the unemployed.
- A track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by long-term unemployed individuals.  
- A Level 3+ IAG Qualification (Level 4+ desirable).

- A strong communicator, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
- Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to individual needs.

Additional Information  

Salary: up to £16,200.00 per annum dependent on experience   
Location: Newhaven, East Sussex  
Contract:  Fixed Term – Part Time over 3 days per week 25.5 hours per week  
Hours: 3 Days – Monday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 – 17:30
