Join Our Team as a Vocational & Functional Skills Tutor!

What You’ll Do: • Deliver both regulated and non-regulated qualifications/training to AEB government-funded learners. • Conduct engaging online sessions tailored to learners’ geographical locations. • Prepare and deliver vocational qualifications and employability skills programmes. • Set and assess learner work daily, providing timely feedback. • Monitor learner progress and ensure achievement performance. • Create and adapt content, resources, and lesson plans. • Provide accurate formative and summative assessments. • Maintain assessment records and track learner progress. • Engage with quality management processes to uphold Outstanding OFSTED standards. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for AEB contract delivery.
What We’re Looking For: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. • Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent. • Assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent). • Organized, resourceful professionals who can adapt to new environments. • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learner welfare.

Additional Information Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience Location: Hybrid with the ability to deliver on-site in locations in and around Sussex. Contract: Permanent. Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
