Job Description
Join Our Team as an Experienced Cleaning & Warehousing & Logistics Tutor!

As an experienced Cleaning & Warehousing & Logistics Tutor, you’ll deliver high-quality training and coaching in Cleaning and Warehousing & Logistics, and associated learning pathways. Your role is essential in equipping learners with the skills they need to succeed.

 What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver the programme in a timely manner, supporting learners through their learning journey with Twin.
  • Implement strategies to achieve targets related to participants’ learning outcomes.
  • Create and follow programme layout and comply with specifications and guidelines.
  • Prepare lessons and adapt materials as required.
  • Keep track of and maintain records of participants’ attendance, participation, and progress.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report participants’ progress in key learning areas.
  • Complete course-related administrative tasks to specified standards.
  • Ensure safeguarding and guidelines are applied and upheld.
  • Ensure the course is inclusive and focuses on the learners' needs.
  • Integrate and deliver training with a focus on literacy and digital skills.
  • Coach, tutor, and offer learning support to learners.
  • Collect a baseline needs assessment for learners.
  • Manage the induction process.
  • Conduct classroom and training observations, interviews, and focus groups with learners and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct online delivery sessions with learners.
  • Organise any external assistance or support as necessary.
  • Support with sourcing new learners to attend programmes.
  • Fully understand each course, its target learners (eligibility), aims, targets, deliverables, geography, and payment systems.
  • Ensure full and accurate record-keeping of all client and referral sources.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification - essential.
  • At least two years of occupational competence in cleaning and warehousing and logistics – essential.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted's expectations for high-quality education delivery - essential.
  • Experience of working within a business context – desirable.
  • Experience of developing learning materials - essential.

Additional Information:
  • Salary £30,000.00 per annum depending on experience.
  • Location: Kent - hybrid.
  • Contract: Full time.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
