Outreach & Learner Engagement Consultant
£28,000.00 per annum experience-dependent
Hybrid with the ability to travel across the North-east and Newcastle - full-time.
Full driving licence and vehicle access is essential.

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? As an Outreach & Learner Engagement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting learners with life-changing opportunities. Your focus will be on building strong, collaborative relationships with employers, learners, and partners to achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for learner recruitment, all while driving positive outcomes and shaping futures.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Actively promote new and existing courses to employers, JCP and community groups contributing to the development of a customer pipeline aligned with company objectives and community needs. 
  • Conduct expressions of interest and enrolment processes for prospective learners through telephone and face-to-face interactions. 
  • Cultivate relationships with employers to secure guaranteed interviews for learners completing training programmes. 
  • Generate and manage a robust prospect pipeline, identifying and nurturing learner relationships for substantial long-term potential. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • GCSE or equivalent in maths and English
  • Experience in identifying and bringing in new relationships/ business with an evidenced track record of converting learners' interest into business growth. (Essential) 
  • Industry-specific experience in engagement with JCP and other relevant organisations to deliver job outcomes/work placements. (Essential) 
  • Knowledge of the barrier to employment for our demographic of learners and can assist in overcoming barriers (Desirable).
