Student Services Officer

Part time (Monday Friday – mainly mornings)

Greenwich

Meets National Minimum wage

You will be based in reception, responsible for reception duties and organising and implementing the social programme activities and excursions offered at Twin English Centre London.

This involves promoting and running activities in the building, promoting and escorting students to free London activities/destinations and promoting externally run social activities on a commercial basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, promote and run the social programme
- Ensure compliance regarding risk assessments
- Issuing student ID badges
- Reception and administrative duties

Skills and Experience:
- IT literate
- Strong administrative skill set
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and creative
