Job Description

SALARY:                                 £28,000 - £30,000 DOE    

LOCATION:                  Remote but Covering Contracts in South East and South West England. Must be based in either: Kent, Surrey, West Berkshire or Bournemouth) 

REPORTS TO:                        Employer Engagement Manager  

RESPONSIBLE FOR:              No Staff Management

Twin has a number of pre-employment skills contracts and programmes that require active employer engagement, to support customers and learners into work and to a range of business environments

The Employer Account Manager will support the business in meeting its employer engagement targets and outcomes. You will report to the Employer Engagement Manager and you will be responsible for new business generation and managing key employer accounts, working with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Realising the businesses employer engagement strategy by selling Twin services to new

employers for all areas of employer-led provision in the business.

  • Build relationships with employers so that Twin Group UK becomes a key source of recruitment
  • Create relationships with employers and recruiters to secure guaranteed interviews for those learners who go through training programmes, for their current recruitment campaign.
  • Engaging with colleagues across the business to utilise local employer networks, to

support the delivery of employment, work experience and Apprenticeship targets.

  • Producing regular reports for the Employer Engagement Team providing a summary of

employer engagement including the number of new employers, partnerships established

and reporting against agreed KPIs.

  • Generating and managing a strong prospect pipeline: identifying, developing, and

securing employer partnerships with substantial long-term potential.

  • Rapidly developing effective relationships with key employers, developing new business leads and identifying opportunities for effective promotion of all Twin Programmes.
  • Meet monthly KPIs for both business engagement and income generation – this includes KPIs relating to job outcomes and new key accounts.
  • Be in regular contact with your allocated accounts, ensuring contact & visibility on a

regular basis and to encourage wider sales opportunities and provide information &

advice to employers on the funded offers provided by Twin.

  • Cover additional geographical areas of the contract when needed, to assist with the delivery of outcomes

Essential

  • Experience in identifying and bringing in new relationships/business with an evidenced track

record of converting employer engagement into business growth.

  • Industry-specific experience in engaging with businesses, to deliver job outcomes, work

placements etc.

  • A sales-focused mindset, with an ethical approach to new business development.

Knowledge and application of Safeguarding Requirements

Desirable

  • Previous experience working within the welfare-to-work industry, ideally from

within a training provider.

  • Knowledge of the barriers to employment for our demographic of learners, and you can assist employers to overcome the prejudice of this.

  • Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills 
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Strong written and oral skills, with high business acumen and a professional approach.
