What you need to succeed:

This is a fantastic opportunity to co-ordinate Twin’s homestay accommodation offering accurately within all policies as stated by all ROI and EU regulatory bodies.  Recruit and manage student homestay, residential accommodation, and transport requirements, ensuring high quality and service are always achieved. Implement systems and processes to streamline the booking procedures for both internal and external customers. Manage Twin’s homestay hosts and match suitable students, taking into consideration the host and student requirements.  This post requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required as well as being on an out of office call rota.

Knowledge / Education / Experience:

• Graduate (essential)
• Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
• Experience in providing a high level of customer service (essential)
• Experience of working to targets (essential)
• Experience with Excel (essential)
• Experience of working within an EFL environment (desirable)
• Fluency in a second language (desirable)
