Job Description

3SC (part of Twin Group) brings, the SME, voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to public service procurement opportunities, develops consortia and then manages their performance when in contract.

Job Role

3SC works across a number of publicly funded contracts and requires Contract Performance Managers to performance manage programmes with Direct Delivery and Delivery Partners for a new Ministry of Justice programme in the West Midlands.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Direct Delivery and Supply Chain partners to ensure KPIs are achieved, compliance and the quality delivery of the contracts.
  • Manage contract quality, performance and compliance, supervising any related activity.
  • Responsible for creating performance profiles.
  • Reporting against and manage the performance of all contracts by implementing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Overall responsibility for financial and quality audits.
  • Be the main point of contract for the funder’s Performance Manager and Supply Chain Partners
  • Prepare for and attend contract review meetings with commissioners, prime contractors and Delivery Partners each month (or more frequently if required).
  • Manage a team of Coaches/Trainers to deliver a high standard of work
  • Formally identify risks and monitor regularly, with mitigating actions developed and indicated and resolved risks closed and archived as appropriate.
  • Manage the accuracy and completeness of contract data and the contracts database.
  • Participate in the on-going development of 3SCs operational strategy.
  • Work with the Business Development team during contract implementation phase ensuring that the supply chain is ready for delivery on day one.
  • Ensure that each month the cycle of activities required is carried out efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.
  • Identify and help to develop new business
  • Assist with the mobilisation, implementation and roll out of new contracts

Skills and Experience

  • Evidence of achieving financial and quality targets
  • Experience working on a payment by result contract
  • Experience of managing supply chain partners
  • Experience of Coaching and or managing neuro-diverse programmes
  • Experience of managing MOJ programmes
  • Previous experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive, highly motivated with an enthusiasm to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prepare/analyse budgets and control expenditure
  • Successfully meeting, and managing challenging deadlines
  • Presenting innovation/solutions
  • Confident and professional in appearance, conduct and approach   
  • Ability to manage a team

Additional Information

  • Working location  - remote  .geographical region is West Midlands and frequent travel within this area will be required.
  • Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Full time Monday- Friday.
