3SC’s vision is of SMEs, particularly third sector organisations, delivering an ever-increasing share of public services and a greater amount of social impact. To realise the achievement of our vision, 3SC win contracts on behalf of consortia of SMEs primarily charities, social enterprises, voluntary and community organisations using a mutually beneficial collaborative and partnership-based business model. All have a vital role to play in the delivery of public services, but the size and complexity of the tendering process and increasingly demanding contracts can make it difficult for them to compete on their own. 3SC gives SMEs a chance to compete for, and ultimately deliver, such contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Maintaining contract spreadsheets.
2) Taking and distributing referrals.
3) Preparation of performance reviews -arrange dates, times and venues
4) Regularly updating internal performance reports.
5) Chasing information for ad hoc tasks from primes in order to meet deadlines. (Security, staffing, IT, job validation, exit reports)
6) Diary management.
7) Maintaining, producing and coordinating various reports and documents.
8) Maintaining contract IT portals and taking actions where required.
9) Using IT systems to send receive and prepare reports
10) Weekly management checks.
11) Communicating with partners, supplier and customers by email, phone, etc.
12) Minute taking at contract meetings.
13) Some travel maybe required.
14) Any other tasks as required.
