3SC (part of Twin Group) brings the SME, voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to public service procurement opportunities, develops consortia and then manages their performance when in contract.
3SC works across a number of publicly funded contracts and requires Coaches to provide a professional coaching service to 3SC customers, using sound coaching, mentoring and training approaches. You will coach and support customers on their journey, working face to face and online (Virtual).You will deliver to a range of customers that may include: people in work, unemployed, identify as neuro-diverse, on probation and offenders.

Salary: £27,000-£32,000 - per annum depending on experience
Location: Home based but needs to be located in the West Midlands as face-to-face delivery with people on probation will be required.
Hours: 42.5 hrs 09:00 till 17:30 Full time Monday- Friday
