Key Responsibilities:
· Homestay Coordination: Ensure compliance and maintain documentation. Regularly engage with hosts through calls, emails, and visits.
· Residential Management: Allocate rooms, manage keys, and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for efficient room turnover.
· Student Travel: Oversee all travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with KPIs.
· System Management: Keep our class and team systems up-to-date and running smoothly.
· Compliance: Ensure all hosts and accommodation meet regulatory standards.
· Communication: Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and maintain strong relationships with hosts and suppliers.

· Experience in managing client/supplier relationships.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information
Salary: £27,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Greenwich
Contract:  Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
