Digital Marketing Manager Greenwich / Hybrid Salary up to £48,000.00 per annum, experience dependent Full-time, permanent
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across the Twin portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies with a strong focus on data-driven performance, ROI, and customer growth.
You will manage a direct report and work collaboratively across departments, while leading paid media, SEO, website development, and content initiatives. Additionally, you will support a major rebrand and maximise data capture to inform and enhance future marketing strategies. We are looking for a proactive, performance-focused marketer with a passion for digital innovation and a strong understanding of the full marketing mix.

Skills & Experience:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Proven experience managing websites via a CMS.
Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics (e.g. GA4), and content management.
Expertise in digital strategy, SEO, paid media, and website optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance data and making actionable recommendations.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
