As an organisation we are recruiting for a new Contracts Manager to take full responsibility of the delivery of all contractual performance targets for the contracts by ensuring a team of Delivery managers and Employment Consultants work effectively and cohesively. You will be working closely with the Regional Head of Operations to deliver the business unit targets.  The role will also have P&L responsibility,  MSDL and MPL accountabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • The performance of the contracts.
  • Develop individuals and teams to their full potential to maximize performance.
  • Ensure team delivery is contract compliant and financially sound.
  • Manage people in line with Twin values and business rules and guidelines.
  • Use business intelligence to manage performance against delivery plans.
  • Facilitate and empower the operation through interdependent teams.
  • The delivery of the business unit to provide excellent customer service and outstanding results within budget and ensuring all targets are met.
  • The delivery and development of the teams providing clear direction and information, enabling them to fulfill their role ensuring group/individual set targets are met.
  • Establishing and maintaining systems and processes ensuring the center achieves all quality and financial measures.
  • To actively promote and support an empowered open success culture.
  • The relationship and interface between the internal and external support team and Senior Management and people involved in delivery.
  • Communication at all levels to be open and honest and a clear two- way channel.

 

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Supervisory or management experience working with people to help them achieve company and personal goals.
  • Financial Management Ability, experience creating and interpreting financial documentation including budgets, balance sheets and Profit and Loss Accounts.
  • An ability to understand the business and interpret information to enable Delivery Managers and others to achieve set targets within their role.
  • An ability to manage an effective performance management system so that people understand Twin’s expectations.
  • An ability to manage relationships at a working level with key partners, clients and customers and be an ambassador for Twin.
  • Ability to create knowledgeable people and teams and encourage a culture of learning, knowing and sharing.
  • Knowledge of the welfare system, including welfare to work, DWP and JCP.

Desirable

  • Management qualification or equivalent

Additional Information

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location:  
Office-based, Greenwich

Hours: 42.5 hrs (full time) Monday- Friday
