Job Description

As a Learner Engagement Consultant, you will visit learners in their workplace to complete their enrolment onto vocational training with us via our distant learner platform. The sign up will include checking ID, and completing ESFA paperwork. The EC will then remotely support their caseload of learners to ensure their qualification is on track and completed. Qualifications may include Customer Service, Warehousing, Climate Control, IAG, Functional Skills and more.

The role holder will be expected to manage a caseload of participants. The EC will build participant confidence with routine (remote) check-ins and monitoring their progress on their qualification. The EC will obtain all relevant information and have good attention to detail when completing paperwork and documentation to satisfy our ESFA obligations.

You will work to KPIs set to ensure we maximise opportunities for learners progressing on their qualification. You will be comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.

Education/Qualification

  • Experience of working in a similar role with some training/education experience is preferred, but the key qualities of exceptional organisation skills, a caring and empathetic attitude and a desire to help others in moving forward to achieve their goals is the most important experience you will need to demonstrate.

Additional Information 

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum 
Location: Maidstone, Hybrid (Home-working + Travel for Client Site Visit)

Hours: 42.5 hrs Full time/ Monday- Friday
