What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and Inspire: Train and manage activity leaders to deliver outstanding social programmes.
  • Student Support: Oversee student services, including attendance, welfare, and health & safety.
  • First Day Inductions: Welcome new students, verify contact details, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor Attendance: Keep accurate records and address any attendance issues promptly.
  • Ensure Compliance: Work with the Centre Manager to maintain high standards and international compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for student arrivals and ensure all pre-arrival tasks are completed.
  • Conduct first-day inductions and verify student information.
  • Monitor and act on student absences.
  • Maintain accurate records for all activities and excursions.
  • Ensure smooth departures for all students.
What We Need:
  • Experience: Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: IT literate and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Degree level education preferred.
  • Bonus: HSE-recognised First Aid certificate.

Additional Information
Salary: €32,000 - €35,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Dublin
Contract:  Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
Benefits: up to 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, per year; Long service award, an extra day’s annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days; 5 days paid sick leave per year; Employee referral scheme, up to €500 per successful referral; Sabbatical Leave the right to request up to 1 month’s unpaid sabbatical leave; Career development opportunities.

The successful candidate must be able to work in Ireland.
