Twin Group are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and professional health group dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join their team and gain valuable experience in a healthcare setting. This is an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills while working towards a recognised qualification.

As a part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment training program.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for their patients, providing a welcoming and supportive service at reception and over the phone. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy healthcare environment while learning about administration, communication, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with patient queries efficiently 
  • Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using the practice system 
  • Handling prescription requests and liaising with pharmacies 
  • Updating and maintaining accurate patient records 
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning documents 
  • Supporting patients with online services and appointment check-ins 
  • Ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection at all times

Qualifications & Experience
  • No previous experience required—full training will be provided 
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are preferred but not essential 
  • A keen interest in working within healthcare and customer service
