Role Overview:
  • Drive, support, and enhance performance across our sales teams.

  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) for data-driven insights.
  • Champion IT/digital transformation for optimal sales support.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day sales team activities.
  • Develop clear sales plans and KPI targets.
  • Cultivate existing key accounts and win new ones.
  • Implement tiered account management.
  • Deliver professional monthly reports and conduct 1:1 meetings.
  • Optimize direct sales processes and customer experiences.
  • Validate all pipelines, facilitating accurate pipeline forecasting
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a similar role (education, travel, or tourism sectors preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales team management.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and reporting.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Additional Information
Salary: £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus
Location: Greenwich 
Contract:  Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
