What You’ll Do: -Coordinate and Manage: You’ll oversee Twin’s diverse accommodation options, including homestays, student residences, hotels, and hostels. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and student satisfaction. -Database Management: Maintain and update our accommodation provider database. Regularly review and assess providers to uphold quality standards. -Student Placement: Use cutting-edge software (MS Office, CLASS, Homestay Manager) to match students with suitable accommodations. -Excellent Service: Meet with students, address concerns promptly, and build strong relationships with our valued customers. -Emergency Response: Handle accommodation issues outside regular hours, ensuring student safety. -Feedback and Improvement: Monitor, record, and report feedback to enhance our services. -Recruitment and Inspections: Recruit new host families and conduct inspections to maintain high standards. -Team Player: Provide absence cover for colleagues and collaborate seamlessly within the team.

Additional Information: -Salary: €26,000.00 - €28,000.00 per annum experience dependent -Location: Dublin -Contract: Permanent - Full Time -Hours: Monday to Friday
