Twin Group UK has a number of pre and post-employment contracts and programmes which require active employer engagement, to support employers to upskill their workforce with fully funded qualifications.
We are currently recruiting for a BD/sales professional to support us in meeting our contractual targets to engage SMEs and upskill their staff members using our e-learning platform. You will report to the ESF Performance Manager, and you will be responsible for new business generation and managing key employer accounts, working with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities for the business. Your role will be to secure SME business and promote our training packages, which consist of fully funded qualifications for staff members. Your days will be spent attending networking events to engage SMEs, cold calling, visiting SMEs speculatively, and identifying opportunities where online qualifications could be implemented to improve the skillset of a workforce. You must be comfortable creating leads and following these through the achieve results.

Be homebased but with the ability to travel to meet with employers, attend recruitment/employer events and business meetings across West Sussex and Surrey when required. Car driver preferred
Liase with SMEs across the West Sussex region and identify opportunities to assist them in upskilling their staff members, utilising a catalogue of qualifications we are able to offer.
Producing regular reports for the ESF Manager providing a summary of employer engagement including the number of new employers, partnerships established and reporting against agreed KPIs.
Meet monthly KPIs for both business engagement, company sign up (TNAs) and their staff members to enrol onto our online learning platform.
Be in regular contact with your allocated accounts, ensuring contact & visibility on a regular basis and to encourage wider sales opportunities and provide information & advice to employers on the funded offers provided by Twin.
Utilising marketing materials and business resources provided to ensure compelling communications when engaging new employers and build close working relationships with various stakeholders, internally & externally
You will need to display the following personal attributes:
Strong organisational skills: with demonstrable capability in multiple task management and evidence of success in delivering clear outcomes to agreed timescales, deadlines, and budgets.
Ability to work effectively within teams and on own initiative.
You will have:
Experience in identifying and bringing in new relationships/business with an evidenced track record of converting employer engagement into business growth.
Industry specific experience in engaging with B2B sales, to deliver on learning placements
A sales focused mindset, with an ethical approach to new business development. Ability to complete TNA paperwork and all necessary contract information to meet compliance requirements
Process driven with the ability to familiarise yourself with contracts and business requirements in accordance to our funding requirements.

What we can offer you:
£27,000 on appointment, rising to £30,000pa on successful completion of 3-month probation period.
