Job Description

Working with our small but growing team you will engage with small, medium, and large national and international employers, agencies and colleges to source suitable/sustainable vacancies/placements for individual and groups of international students. This is a full-time role and an opportunity to join the Dublin branch of Twin Group at an early stage of its set-up, presenting a great future career path.

Responsibilities

  • To work with companies, agencies, colleges and agents to ensure suitable placements are found for our international students
  • To build and maintain a database of sustainable relationships with employers
  • To work in conjunction with the team to ensure operational targets are met if not exceeded
  • To ensure Twin’s Work Experience offering continues to be a market leader in the sector
  • To be innovative in thinking and create employer solutions that fit with Twin’s operational needs to ensure our partners, employers, students and agents are treated with professionalism at all times
  • To ensure all operational divisions within Twin are marketed in an effective manner resulting in Twin’s brand being seen as a “one-stop shop” for all of our customer needs
  • To source and secure suitable/sustainable placements for our client base to meet both academic/language requirements and individual requests, via cold calling, meeting, attending employee events and company management.
  • Maintain professional contact with new company clients and progress with developing these company contacts to expand the placement service
  • Maintain and develop company profile/fact file” for all new contacts
  • Regularly monitor each student on work placements to ensure client/company satisfaction and produce regular reports on each individual company
  • Maintain and develop relationships with agents advising them of individual student progress, new business developments, special offers etc and providing them with regular progress updates on their students
  • Conduct professional inductions with all new students/groups/staff on first day of the course and provide details of placements including: company information sheets, interview details and social events planned
  • Manage the operations of each group throughout the duration of their stay. This is includes working with the operations team to ensure all additional services are booked such as airport transfers, excursions and entrances for example.
  • Manage the emergency phone on a rota basis and deal accordingly with any issues that may arise.
  • Arrange/attend internal/external recruitment events to drive performance and generate high-motivation and sales-attitude within the work experience team
  • Manage and maintain an accurate management information database to utilise all operational needs
  • Oversee the upkeep of computerised records for all placement trainees including the department database
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with employers to ensure repeat and sustainable business and Twin is a “partner of choice” for all employer services needs
  • To maintain expectations of all of Twin’s customers, to ensure a quality service is not only offered but our customers receive exceptional value for money

Education /Qualification 

  • Minimum of leaving certificate or equivalent
  • Graduate (desirable)

Skills and Experience

Essential 

  • Self-starter
  • Knowledge of the Irish business ecosystem
  • Significant proven experience of developing and maintaining commercial employer relationships.
  • Telesales experience, preferably within a recruitment or service industry
  • Cold calling experience
  • A proven track record of working with targets within a B2B sales environment and meeting deadlines.
  • 2nd European language desirable
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using databases.
  • Experience of working to set targets/KPIs
  • Experience of maintaining relationships with different publics

Additional Information

Salary: €30,000.00 per annum 

Bonus structure:

· Taster Internship placement (retail, hospitality up to 4 weeks) = £10 per placement

· Professional Internship placement= £20 per placement

(Note, bonuses are paid in GBP and transferred to Euro value per month)

Location: Dublin, Ireland 

Contract:  Permanent - Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
