Job Description

We are seeking an administrator to process learner information in line with commissioner funding requirements and our company processes and procedures in a timely and accurate manner, keeping learner information up to date and relevant. To report any anomalies and discrepancies to the Senior Data Officer in a timely manner and to carry out any other duties as required by the Senior officer.

Responsibilities

· Accuracy and completion of all paperwork processing for all commissioner funding returns as required i.e. ESFA/GLA returns etc.

· Day to day assistance of the admin team

· Helping to develop and maintain documents to support the delivery of contracts within the terms of the funder contract rules.

· Assisting with the reviewing of internal and external audit findings to identify quality and compliance issues, opportunities and problems with contract compliance and/or contract understanding and report issues making suggestions to resolve/develop solutions.

· Assisting with the delivery of the business unit to provide excellent customer service and outstanding results.

Education /Qualification

· GCSE or equivalent in English and Math’s at Grade C or above.

Skills and Experience

Essential

· Well organised and able to prioritise own workload.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience, in an administrative and compliance role.

· Experience of processing government funding contracts including levy and non levy Apprenticeship claims, Advanced Learning Loans, Adult Education Budget etc

· Strong attention to detail with high regard for accuracy.

· A desire to ‘problem solve’, translating queries into potential solutions by working with all relevant people

· Can demonstrate sound judgement and can make positive connections, building relationships across the contract and business areas.

· A strong sense of teamwork and working with others to resolve queries and drive continuous improvement.

Additional Information

Salary: Meets national minimum wage

Location: Remote

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
