Responsibilities:
  1. Engage Learners: Prepare and conduct efficient online lessons.
  2. Vocational Excellence: Deliver vocational qualifications in hospitality and customer service.
  3. Feedback Loop: Assess learner work daily and provide timely feedback.
  4. Performance Boost: Address remedial actions promptly for learner achievement.
  5. Progress Tracking: Monitor learners’ progress against criteria throughout the course.
  6. Strategic Planning: Create effective schemes of work and lesson plans.
  7. Challenge Accepted: Prepare educational material to stretch and challenge learning.
  8. Copyright Compliance: Always source material before photocopying.
  9. Assessment Accuracy: Provide formative and summative assessment and maintain records.
  10. Admin Pro: Handle qualification administration to required standards.
  11. Quality Assurance: Engage with quality management processes.

Additional Information: 
£28,000.00 per annum salary dependent on experience.
