Are you passionate about empowering learners and shaping the future of health and social care professionals? We’re seeking a dynamic Skills Coach to join our eTraining team and make a difference!
What You’ll Do: - Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, up to level 5, to our learners in health and social care and customer service environments. - Work in and around South Tyneside (in the Northeast) to coach learners ensuring timely achievement of apprenticeships. - Engage with employers to meet their needs and create a bespoke curriculum. - Provide individualized support to learners, helping them achieve their best. - Participate in self-assessment activities and maintain your own professional development. - Contribute to the growth of our Apprenticeship delivery. - Uphold quality and compliance processes to ensure learner satisfaction.
