What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise exciting activities, walking tours, and excursions.
  • Plan and deliver a high-quality activity and excursion programme.
  • Ensure student safety, discipline, and welfare at all times.
  • Promote the use of English and encourage student participation.
  • Prepare activity venues and manage activity equipment.
  • Engage with students, ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
  • Meet and greet students at the airport and assist with their departures.
  • Supervise students during mealtimes, breaks, and free time.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with young people.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead engaging activities.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and welfare.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Experience supervising or coaching minors.
  • Safeguarding training.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to speak a second language.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Teamwork skills.

Additional Information
Salary: £17,550.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Eastbourne – this role is a live-in position
Contract:  25 hours per week
Hours: as required, to include weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
