Job Description

JOB TITLE:                              Administrator  (0.6FTE - 3 days per week) 

SALARY:                                 £21,000pa - £23,000pa 

LOCATION:                       Remote Working – Covering Contracts in South East and South West England   

REPORTS TO:                        Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR:              No Staff Management  

LEVEL:                                    Experienced

Ensure the TET programmes/contracts have effective administration support and resources to successfully deliver the services. Ensuring that all documents are pre-validated and entered into the claim database in a timely manner and that all company procedures and processes maintain complete conformance to contractual and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Validation of paperwork prior to participants being entered on to databases.
  • Complete data inputting of all Starts, Outcomes and Leavers each week and maintain up to date records keeping errors within a 0% tolerance.
  • Liaise with colleagues to maintain up to date records for each participant.
  • Abide by Company’s Information & Data Protection Policy.
  • Collate management information and provide weekly statistics as and when required.
  • To gather monitoring information and help to compile monitoring reports, including data inputting into the company’s Management Information System.
  • To work within Twin Group’s mission statement and values and in accordance with all its policies and procedures.
  • Attend Eastbourne or our London HQ offices to attend team meetings and training on a regular basis.

 

  • To be flexible and support all members of the team when required

 

  • To act as an ambassador for Twin at all times.
  • To contribute to the development of the Twin Group.
  • To work in accordance with all policies and procedures of the Twin Group.
  • Carry out all duties and responsibilities, whether specified above or otherwise, in a manner that will at all times promote and support the company’s objective of achieving continuous quality improvement in all aspects of its business.
  • Responsible for supporting all paperwork for administration audits.
  • Responsible for performing in accordance with all legislation.
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, measurement and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.

Knowledge/experience – Essential and Desired

Essential

  • Working in a remote administrative role
  • Experience of Management Information Systems (Such as TTS, PICS, S9 etc)
  • Experience of working across multiple teams
  • Experience in working in government-funded employability/skills contracts

Desirable

  • Experience in providing admin support to employability/skills contracts
  • Experience in identifying compliance and/or eligibility issues with learner enrolment

Education/Qualification 

Essential

  • Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills 
  • Excellent IT Skills

Desirable

  • Business Administration Level 2
