Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a positive impact? We’re seeking an experienced Green Skills trainer to inspire and empower learners on their environmental journey. As a Green Skills Tutor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of eco-conscious leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Dynamic Delivery: Conduct face-to-face sessions for learners in the Birmingham area, tailoring content to their unique needs.
  • Vocational Excellence: Deliver regulated qualifications and employability programs, ensuring learners thrive.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor learner progress, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Creative Curriculum: Craft engaging lesson plans aligned with qualification specifications.
  • Resourceful Approach: Source educational materials responsibly, respecting copyright guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with IQA/EQA to maintain high standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and excellence in AEB contract delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 2 qualifications in maths, English, and ICT.
  • Experience in sustainability, retrofit, or climate change delivery.

Additional Information
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience
Location: Birmingham   
Contract:  Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
