  • Manage a talented team of tutors and skills coaches.
  • Support employers with apprenticeship requirements.
  • Ensure robust delivery models across all programs.
  • Champion compliance and timely assessments.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Generate concise reports for senior management.
  • Stay informed on regulations and drive continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to align program delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Strong accountability for performance and KPIs.
  • Effective team leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in reporting and compliance.
  • L2 in Maths & English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Additional Information
Salary: £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: South Based – Full driving licence and access to a car during working hours is essential.
Contract:  Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
